For years there has been speculation over what caused the two to fall out, with D’Banj even calling on the producer to “tell the truth!”.

For years there has been speculation over what caused the two to fall out, with D’Banj even calling on the producer to “tell the truth!”.

For the first time ever, Don Jazzy opened up about how the split affected him:

“The decision for myself and my former partner D’banj to tow different paths, at that point, I don’t think it was the right decision. D’banj left with a ‘lot of things. I lost a friend and a brother.”

It got so crazy that people even alleged that the Illuminati were involved in the duo’s split! However, it seems as if we will never know the real reason. Speaking to NotJustOk, Don Jazzy said:

"I am never going to say the reason ever!”

When asked if he will ever work with D'Banj again he did not hesitate to say:

"Yes. We will do that when the time is right. There are just some things that need to be ironed out. What happens in public is different from what happens behind closed doors.”
