If the Tribunal can nullified and odered a fresh governorship elections in states of Akwa Ibom and Rivers due to issue of over voting verified by card readers, why not in zamfara where similar case was experienced?
Also In Zamfara governorship elections things like elections misconduct, irregularities and manipulations happened yet tribunal upholds the so-called victory of AA yari.

Do you know, zamfara governorship election was over voted by 96,046 thousands votes?
Recalling proceedings at the tribunal, August 11, 2015, a witness from INEC, subpoenaed by the tribunal said the commission comfirm that Zamfara state governorship election held in April 2015 is over voted with 96, 046 votes.
Where by the total number of votes Accredited was 845,227 and total number of votes casted stand 941,273 this shows that the election is over voted with 96,046.
But unfortunately the tribunal judge had also ruled that the petitioners lacked evidence to establishe there was over voting in the governorship election held in April 2015.
2010 electoral Act Sections 53. (1) &(2) which state that
53. (1)....... No voter shall vote for more than one candidate or record more than one vote in favour of any candidate at any one election.
(2) ..........Where the votes cast at an election in any polling unit exceeds the number of registered voters in that polling unit, the result of the election for that polling unit shall be declared null and void by the Commission and another election may be conducted at a date to be fixed by the Commission where the result at that polling unit may affect the overall result in the Constituency.
That is why we are still challenging the credibility of the Zamfara governorship election and Tribunal ruling in the court of appeal Sokoto.
God forbid if the appeal failed to nullify the election of Governor A A Yari we will challenge the credibility and justice of Buhari's Administration and that of Nigeria's judiciary at large.
With this are calling on the attentions of the International and National legal practioners, political Activist and other related NGOs. to look forward into courts verdicts and their performance in Nigeria.
