While it appears like nobody from the international community is paying attention to the current wave of peaceful protest sweeping across Biafraland and some part of Nigeria. well, the reverse is the case here as many well known figures and government around the world have been laying their voice to that effect.
They started by calling for the immediate released of the leader of Indigenous People Of Biafra (IPOB) and the director of Radio Biafra Mazi Nnamdi Kanu from the detention of the Nigerian secret police DSS, now it has snowballed into calling for immediate referendum that will be supervised by the UN, Commonwealth, and other reputable international bodies.
